This offer is available to eligible new customers of the Cranbourne Mazda Service Department and entitles the customer to $100 off their first eligible service or repair with Cranbourne Mazda, subject to the following terms and conditions.

• New customers only: To be eligible, the customer must not have previously had a vehicle serviced or repaired at Cranbourne Mazda and must not have previously purchased a vehicle from Cranbourne Mazda.
• Minimum spend: A minimum invoice value of $249 or more is required to receive the $100 discount. The $249 minimum spend is calculated on the eligible service and/or repair invoice before the $100 discount is applied.
• Eligible work: The offer may be used towards an eligible scheduled logbook service, maintenance service or mechanical repair completed by the Cranbourne Mazda Service Department. All work must be booked with and carried out by Cranbourne Mazda.
• Eligible vehicles: The offer is available for eligible Mazda vehicles serviced or repaired at Cranbourne Mazda.
• One-time offer: The $100 discount may only be redeemed once per customer and once per vehicle. It cannot be split across multiple invoices, bookings, services or repairs.
• Discount application: The $100 discount will be deducted from the final eligible invoice after the minimum spend requirement has been met. The discount has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively and cannot be used as a credit towards a future booking.
• Other offers: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Cranbourne Mazda service discount, voucher, promotional offer, fleet pricing, capped-price arrangement or other special offer unless otherwise agreed by Cranbourne Mazda.
• Booking and redemption: Customers must advise Cranbourne Mazda that they wish to redeem the $100 First Service or Repair Offer when making their booking and prior to the commencement of work. The offer must be redeemed before the final invoice is issued.
• Eligibility verification: Cranbourne Mazda reserves the right to check its customer, sales and service records to confirm eligibility. If records indicate that the customer has previously purchased a vehicle from, or had a vehicle serviced or repaired by, Cranbourne Mazda, the offer will not apply.
• Exclusions: The offer does not apply to warranty work where there is no customer-paid invoice, insurance-funded repairs or other work where the eligible customer contribution does not reach the minimum $249 spend.
• Changes to the offer: Cranbourne Mazda reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw this offer at any time, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law. Any change or withdrawal will not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
